EIBOR is the Balancing and Settlement Code Company (BSCCo) for Great Britain. Their role is defined and created by the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC). ELEXON procures, manages and operates the services and systems which enable the balancing and imbalance settlement of the wholesale electricity market and retail competition in electricity supply.
